Setup Wizard Hangs on Step 8 (Hyper-V)

After installing "logonbox-wireguard-2.3.13-LOCAL.vhd" as a hard drive for my VM, I am able to set the root password and set IPs in the VM console. When I connect to the external IP via a web browser, I am able to reach "Step 8 - Scheme Setup" but no further. The next button greys out and spins.

Windows Server 2012 R2
Hyper-V Version: 6.3.9600.16384

Replied to this via your support ticket, but thought I'd post here too so others can see.

This is happening as you need to select a scheme to attach the 2FA to and you didn't select one. We'll get this fixed up for a future release so it gives more feedback regarding this.
