Linux client 2.4.0-856 not starting

Hi, on a test PC with a fresh install of Ubuntu 16.04 , i have downloaded the Linux client ( logonbox-vpn-client-unix-amd64-2.4.0-856.sh
( note this has not had logonbox previously installed, and this is my 1st attempt at getting a linux client working)
I have run this as sudo, and it installed without any problems, however when i try and run it, i get the logonbox splash screen for about 5 seconds, and then it just dies.
Is there anything else i need to do / download, to get this working ?

Apologies for the delay in replying. If you look in /opt/logonbox-vpn-client/logs/ you should be able to see a service-app.log.
If you want to send that to me at support@logonbox.com, I'll help you find out what's going wrong and get you working with this client.
